Shipping policy

At BimmerBoy, we ship our performance gear directly from our global fulfillment centers to provide you with the best possible pricing.

• Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2–5 business days.

• Delivery Estimates: Please allow 15–30 business days for your order to arrive. While most orders arrive much faster, international logistics can occasionally experience delays at customs.

• Tracking: You will receive a Tracking Number via email as soon as your order has been dispatched (Launch Control initiated).

• Import Duties & VAT: For deliveries within the EU, VAT is included at checkout. However, please note that any additional local customs duties or handling fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Right of Withdrawal

We stand by the quality of our gear. In accordance with EU Consumer Protection laws, you have the right to change your mind.

• 14-Day Cooling-Off Period: You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to notify us that you wish to return it for any reason.

• How to Start a Return: Contact us at info@bimmerboys.shop with your order number. We will provide you with the return instructions.

• Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact. We cannot accept returns on items that have been installed or used on a vehicle.

• Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable service, as we cannot refund items lost in transit back to us.

• Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
